The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As an Activation Marketer for Central Europe at Abrasive Systems Division, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Here, you will make an impact by:

• Leading local marketing activities in alignment with the division activation calendar and partnering with the local sales team to deploy go-to-market models and sales enablement tactics
• Implementing country-level activation plans and demand generation programs to drive pull-through and conversion via local channel and converter partners
• Determining local market insights, competitive dynamics, and channel execution opportunities to support account targeting and ongoing program refinement
• Supporting end-to-end commercialization of new product introductions and portfolio management activities for the Germany country team
• Communicating marketing updates, campaign priorities, and activation progress to local sales and channel teams
• Collaborating with sales, Area Marketing Operations, and global teams to execute key programs, influence marketing plans, and drive share growth
• Promoting market share growth and 3M brand preference by translating local requirements and insights into effective marketing actions

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet following minimum requirements:

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or related discipline
• Solid sales and/or marketing experience
• Strong operational acumen, effective stakeholder management, and the ability to interact with and influence diverse teams
• Proficiency in German and English

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Experience in marketing planning, event management, and knowledge of the abrasives market
• Strong leadership, effective communication and planning skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to energize and inspire cross-functional teams
