Dein Arbeitsplatz:

• Diese Position ist hybrid und erfordert an 2 Tagen pro Woche Anwesenheit am Standort.

Deine Aufgaben:

• Unterstützung des Einkaufsteams und hauptverantwortlicher Ansprechpartner zur Sicherstellung der Prozesskette von der Beschaffung bis zur Live-Sendung
• Unterstützung des Teams bei der Erreichung von Umsatz-, Margen- und Inventurzielen
• Erstellung von Warengruppenreviews und Reports
• Organisation interner und externer Meetings
• Aufbereitung von Produkt- und Umsatzinformationen und Erstellung von Präsentationen
• Unterstützung des Buyers und Junior Buyers im Tagesgeschäft
• Erstellung regelmäßiger Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen
• Zusammenstellung von Mustern und relevanten Informationen für Schnittstellen
• Verantwortlich für die Anlage von Produkten und sonstigen artikelbezogenen Informationen in entsprechenden Systemen
• Enger Austausch mit Lieferanten bezüglich Produktinformationsdaten

Was Du mitbringst:

• Kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Handel
• 1-2 Jahre Berufserfahrung
• Hands-on-Mentalität, Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
• Hohe Kundenorientierung und Teamplayer
• Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Verwaltungskenntnisse
• Gute analytische Fähigkeiten sowie erste Erfahrungen mit einkaufsrelevanten Zahlen
• Umfassende Anwenderkenntnisse der MS-Office Programme sowie Excel
