  • You will work closely with the Front Office Manager and support him in all organisational matters at the front office.
  • In your shift you will not only be responsible for the smooth running of the check in/out, but also for the active sale of hotel services.
  • You are the first point of contact for the wishes and needs of our international guests.
  • You are able to efficiently plan the FO team with your experience and knowledge and also introduce new colleagues to the tasks with ease
  • You coordinate the cooperation with other departments and implement new projects
  • In addition, you have a great capacity for empathy and understand how to look after guests from a wide range of cultures in a cordial and courteous manner.
