Assistant (m/f/d) to Top Management

As an automotive supplier, DENSO is leading in developing and providing components and systems for heating, air conditioning, motor cooling, exhaust gas aftertreatment, automotive electrics and electronics and instrumentation.

As Assistant (m/f/d) to the Top Management, you ensure a smooth organization of all administrative tasks around the Top Management. You organize and coordinate all arising requests and jobs in order to take some of the load off the Top Management as well as to reach the targets. You represent the Top Management internally and externally with your helpful and friendly personality. This position comes with a fixed-term contract for two years and can be filled on a full- or on a part-time basis.

In detail, you will: 

• Assist the Top Management with schedule coordination, travel arrangement, etc.;
• Coordinate business trips including the handling of travel expenses;
• Handle internal and external correspondence according to notes and drafts in German, English and Japanese;
• Organize meetings, conferences or other events;
• Prepare presentations, statistics and other documentation by usage of different presentation programs (MS Office);
• Take over administrative tasks for the Top Management e.g. meeting room preparation, handling of incoming and outgoing mail;
• Take care of important customers and visitors;
• Prepare general and technical translations (German/English/Japanese);
• Plan and organize meetings on regular basis, incl. writing, distributing and archiving meeting minutes.

• Commercial education, correspondent to foreign languages or equal knowledge or commercial study
• 2+ years of experience in the related field

• Proficient user of MS Office 
• Very good command of spoken and written German, English and Japanese
