Are you ready to take the next step in your career by joining a new M&A team in Munich? We're looking for motivated individuals to be a part of our growth story.

Work on sell-and buy-side mandates as well as equity financing mandates with exposure to various segments of the technology industry (services, software, digital, etc.)
Work with different client groups, such as founders / entrepreneurs, financial sponsors (VC, PE, Growth, etc.) and corporates
Be point-of-contact for clients in projects and current mandates
Manage project workstreams and material preparations autonomously
Develop, train and advice junior team members
Ensure quality of client deliverables, focus on potential acquisitions and be part of contract negotiations

5 or more years of relevant experience in corporate finance advisory or investment banking, from an international investment bank or another boutique advisory firm
Great interpersonal skills with a self-starter mentality and the ability to get things done, demonstrating an entrepreneurial and technology mindset
Experience in guiding people and strong skills in collaborative situations
Strong project management and marketing skills compared with a broad network in the technology industry
Fluent German and English, speaking and writing
