You can also follow us on Linkedin and Instagram. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Immigration Associate to join our German team. In this role: You will take ownership of the entire immigration process for a portfolio of clients, managing all types of work and residence permit applications from start to finish in accordance with established procedures. Your focus will be on delivering high-quality service and ensuring client needs are consistently met. You will be responsible for preparing, filing, and tracking permit applications while ensuring compliance with all relevant German immigration regulations. With a solution-oriented mindset, you will coordinate timely and effective immigration processes, keeping all involved parties informed of the necessary steps along the way. Your structured, proactive, and precise working style will help you manage expectations and deadlines confidently. You will maintain accurate client records and templates within our system, ensuring all tasks are executed with care and consistency. This role also includes handling the administrative aspects of immigration case management, escalating any process bottlenecks, and communicating effectively with immigration authorities. To succeed in this role, you should have at least: Two years of relevant professional experience in immigration or a related field. Fluency in both English and German is essential.
