You are responsible for the various phases of the M&A process
You create and structure information memoranda
You evaluate strategic drivers of specific sectors and integrate them into financial models, financial analyses, and company valuations
You create industry, company, and competitive analyses
You independently create pitch presentations and cultivate close and personal contact with potential clients
You take care of investor outreach and communication
You take on the supervision and training of young colleagues

You have completed a degree in business administration, economics, or a similar field with a focus on corporate finance with outstanding success
You have already gathered 3-6 years of relevant professional experience in M&A consulting or the corporate finance sector
You possess excellent people skills and can effectively facilitate conversations and negotiations in complex situations, captivating your interlocutors
You impress with strong analytical, conceptual, and communicative abilities, as well as a demonstrated team spirit
You have excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint
You are fluent in German and English. Additional qualified foreign language skills are highly welcome
