  • You are responsible for the various phases of the M&A process
  • You create and structure information memoranda
  • You evaluate strategic drivers of specific sectors and integrate them into financial models, financial analyses, and company valuations
  • You create industry, company, and competitive analyses
  • You independently create pitch presentations and cultivate close and personal contact with potential clients
  • You take care of investor outreach and communication
  • You take on the supervision and training of young colleagues
  • You have completed a degree in business administration, economics, or a similar field with a focus on corporate finance with outstanding success
  • You have already gathered 3-6 years of relevant professional experience in M&A consulting or the corporate finance sector
  • You possess excellent people skills and can effectively facilitate conversations and negotiations in complex situations, captivating your interlocutors
  • You impress with strong analytical, conceptual, and communicative abilities, as well as a demonstrated team spirit
  • You have excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint
  • You are fluent in German and English. Additional qualified foreign language skills are highly welcome
