  • Support demand intake and maintain the service book of work, ensuring clarity of priorities and timelines.

  • Coordinate operational-level interactions with stakeholders across technical teams, Group Security areas, and business teams.

  • Prepare meeting materials, including agenda support, minutes, action items, and follow-ups.

  • Draft, update, and maintain service documentation in collaboration with the Lead SDM.

  • Support the preparation of internal reporting packages, dashboards, and PowerPoint presentations.

  • Ensure documentation is audit-ready, structured, and consistently updated.

  • Assist in monitoring service performance indicators and support continuous improvement activities.

  • Contribute to onboarding planning and execution to help ensure proper security coverage.

  • Support audit and regulatory activities at an operational level, including evidence collection and coordination of remediation actions.

  • Coordinate with service teams, infrastructure teams, Group Security units, and vendors on day-to-day operational matters.

  • Support escalation coordination by gathering relevant information and ensuring timely follow-up.

  • Assist with vendor administrative tasks such as onboarding/offboarding coordination or basic financial tracking.

  • Act as delegate for the Lead/Senior SDM when needed, handling operational decision-making and communication.

  • Ensure continuous operational coverage during periods of absence of the Lead SDM.

Your profile:

  • University degree in IT, business informatics, or comparable education.

  • Initial experience in information security management, ideally within the financial industry or comparable regulated business environment.

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with flexibility in applying different approaches according to requirements (e.g. agile).

  • Experience in DAM, EDR, WAF, DLP, Data Security, or similar domains is a plus.

  • Basic understanding of IT/security processes, with curiosity and willingness to grow into broader service delivery topics.

  • Ability to prepare clear, well‑structured documentation, reports, and presentations.

  • Strong analytical thinking, reliability, and attention to detail.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate across teams and follow up effectively.

  • Experience with ITIL, project coordination, or security certifications is an advantage.

  • Proficiency in English; German is a plus.

  • Highly motivated, flexible team player with a proactive mindset.
