Für unseren Standort Neuenstadt am Kocher (Nähe Heilbronn) suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Auftragssteuerer (m/w/d) in der Produktion in 3-Schicht.

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Analyse der Kundenabrufe und Überleitung dieser in den Serienproduktionsprozess

• Sicherstellung der prozesssicheren Kundenversorgung im JIT/JIS Produktionsbetrieb

• Organisation von Nachlieferungen, Nachbestellungen und Sonderabrufen

• Monitoring der Systemverfügbarkeit (interner und externer Datentransfer)

• Abstimmung von Lieferterminen/Engpassmanagement mit dem Kunden

• Hauptansprechpartner des Kundenleitstandes bei Prozess- und Lieferproblemen

Wonach wir suchen:

• Erfahrung in der Auftragssteuerung von Vorteil

• Erfahrung im Produktionsbereich, idealerweise in der JIT/JIS Fertigung

Ihre bevorzugten Qualifikationen:

• Kommunikationssichere Deutschkenntnisse

• Outlook- und Excelkenntnisse

• Verständnis für komplexe Problemzusammenhänge

• Sehr gutes Prozessverständnis

• Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit

• Eigenmotivation, Eigeninitiative sowie hohe Belastbarkeit

• Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
