Under the umbrella of the Teupe Group, we employ a total of around 550 people in Germany at our headquarter in Stadtlohn and five other locations as well as in Austria and Switzerland.

You will learn how to write office correspondence over the phone and in writing
We will help you to create drafts and edit internal and external correspondence
You will be part of our administrative team, provide support in meetings and create cross-departmental documents.
You will learn how to coordinate appointments, prepare meetings and use all digital communication tools.
You will become an expert in using Microsoft Office programmes such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, other special tools and our intranet

You have a successful secondary school leaving certificate or a qualification from a commercial college
You have good spelling skills and a good understanding of numbers
You have basic PC skills (MS Office)
You are willing to learn and show initiative
You have good manners, enjoy working in a team and are reliable
