Arbeitsbeschreibung - Auszubildender zum Kaufmann für Büromanagement (m/w/d) zum 01.08.2025

We are an innovative group of companies in the fields of scaffolding, lifting technology, mechanical engineering and steel construction and are one of the market leaders in Germany.

Under the umbrella of the Teupe Group, we employ a total of around 550 people in Germany at our headquarters in Stadtlohn and five other locations as well as in Austria and Switzerland.
  • We will help you to create drafts and process internal and external correspondence
  • You will learn office correspondence by telephone and in writing
  • You will be part of our administrative team, provide support in meetings and create cross-divisional documents.
  • You will learn how to coordinate appointments, prepare meetings and use all digital communication tools.
  • You will become an expert in using Microsoft Office programmes such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, other special tools and our intranet
  • You have a successful secondary school leaving certificate or a qualification from a commercial college
  • You have good spelling skills and a good understanding of numbers
  • You have basic PC skills (MS Office)
  • You are willing to learn and show initiative
  • You have good manners, enjoy working in a team and are reliable
  • You will receive comprehensive training in a successful and future-orientated company
  • We have a pleasant working environment and a collegial atmosphere in a good-humoured team
  • You will have good chances of being taken on after successfully completing your training as well as
