B2B CRM Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

As a B2B CRM Marketing Manager (m/f/d) at HYROX , you will play a key role in driving affiliation, engagement, and retention across the HYROX365 journey. You will take full ownership of our end-to-end B2B email communications and lifecycle marketing – replacing generic outreach with highly targeted, data-driven messaging tailored to individual gyms, gym chains, and coaches. From driving regular broadcast touchpoints (such as monthly newsletters and product feature announcements) to orchestrating partner promotions and automated lifecycle journeys, you will manage campaign operations and actively contribute to expanding our CRM technology setup to drive Customer Lifetime Value, support commercial sales pipelines, and fuel our global B2B growth.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• End-to-End B2B Email Communication: Own and execute the entire B2B email calendar and communication framework – including regular B2B newsletters, product feature announcements, partner promotions, and campaigns across all target audiences.
• B2B Lifecycle Journeys: Design, build, and optimize automated end-to-end lifecycle automations tailored to different segments across the entire B2B lifecycle (onboarding, activation, conversion, retention) to maximize engagement and increase Customer Lifetime Value.
• Segmented Communication: Shift outreach away from mass messaging toward targeted, highly personalized campaigns based on behavior, needs, and engagement levels.
• Persona-Driven B2B Strategies: Create custom messaging and campaign strategies for specific HYROX B2B personas (e.g., gym owners, certified coaches).
• Sales Alignment & Regional Support: Collaborate with global B2B Sales and Regional Manager teams to support lead conversion, tailor communication to market-specific needs, streamline onboarding, and deliver nurture flows that educate prospects on the commercial opportunities of the HYROX365 model.
• AI-Driven Optimization & Automation: Leverage AI tools and automation features to enhance campaign efficiency, personalization, and operational output.
• Behavioral Data & Analytics: Analyze partner engagement and campaign performance metrics to derive actionable CRM insights and continuously optimize performance through systematic A/B and multivariate testing.
• MarTech & Data Integration: Drive the integration of new B2B data sources, ensuring a seamless connection between internal data platforms, sales pipelines/CRMs, and the Campaign Management Tool.

YOUR PROFILE

• Experience: 3+years of hands-on experience in CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, or Marketing Automation in a B2B environment (ideally within SaaS, subscription-based models, sports, fitness, or commercial partnership networks).
• MarTech & CRM Tools: Proven track record working with B2B CRM systems, Marketing Automation platforms, and Email Service Providers (ESPs) / Campaign Management tools, including strong knowledge of data mapping and platform integration.
• AI Familiarity: Practical experience with and a strong interest in using AI-powered marketing tools to streamline workflows and scale campaign output.
• Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret partner behavior data independently, evaluate campaign metrics, and translate insights into actionable lifecycle strategies.
• Segmentation & Personalization Skills: Demonstrated experience building dynamic audience segments and executing persona-specific B2B email strategies.
• Industry Affinity: a genuine passion for fitness and the fitness industry (understanding the world of gym operators and coaches is a strong plus).
• Languages: English at C1 level; additional languages are a plus.
