As our B2B Customer Success Manager, you’ll be at the center of our client relationships, delivering top-tier support from day one. You’ll drive client satisfaction and success by building strong partnerships and finding new growth opportunities. Your role will directly impact our clients’ experience, helping shape long-term success and contributing to our overall business growth.
Be the trusted advisor for different tier level B2B clients, ensuring seamless communication and prompt resolution of inquiries and issues to exceed expectations.
Build and nurture strong client relationships by continuously refining support processes, communication, and best practices to deliver exceptional service.
Create a flawless onboarding experience, ensuring every client starts off on the right foot with the support they need.
Identify and unlock new opportunities by proactively spotting upsell potential within the client base and working with sales to drive additional value.
Take ownership of the invoicing process, delivering accurate, timely invoices and resolving any discrepancies to keep everything running smoothly.
Boost risk management efforts, using data insights and feedback to stay ahead of potential issues and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
Support sales department during the whole sales process and provide necessary documentation.
Collaborate cross-functionally, acting as the POC for teams like automotive, tech, and others to align on client needs and ensure seamless execution.
You have 2+ years of experience in B2B customer success, account management, or a similar role.
You’re a natural communicator who excels at building relationships and solving problems.
You thrive when managing multiple client accounts and enjoy ensuring that each one receives the highest level of service.
You’re comfortable with invoicing processes and handling contracts, and you have a keen eye for detail.
You’re organized, proactive, and able to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
You collaborate effortlessly with cross-functional teams and always keep the client’s needs at the forefront.
You are fluent in both German (native) and English (C1)
