As an B2C Operations Manager, you are at the heart of ensuring seamless, reliable, and efficient operational processes that directly impact customer satisfaction and business success within the B2B & B2C area. With a strong focus on shipping, warehouse operations, and dispute resolution, your goal is to drive excellence across the entire post-purchase journey. By leveraging data insights and fostering cross-functional collaboration, you will enhance performance, reduce operational friction, and elevate service quality.
Oversee all shipping and logistics processes to ensure timely, accurate, and cost-efficient delivery of orders.
Manage warehouse operations with a focus on productivity, inventory accuracy, and continuous process improvement.
Handle dispute and revoke management processes, ensuring fast, fair, and solution-oriented outcomes for customers.
Coordinate legal and tax-related communications, ensuring full compliance and proactive handling of potential issues.
Own operational improvements in technology and tooling to support quality, scalability, and reliability.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Customer Succes Support, Tech) to optimize workflows and ensure smooth end-to-end operations.
Use data to monitor and assess operational performance, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions.
Design and implement cost-saving initiatives across shipping, warehouse, and customer operations—without compromising service quality.
Identify operational risks early and implement mitigation strategies to safeguard business continuity and customer trust.
You have 2+ years of proven experience in a Customer Operations or a similar Operations-facing position.
You enjoy providing valuable feedback to your team, adjusting your work based on quarterly feedback, and actively pursuing additional insights for personal and team development.
You excel at managing a busy workload, supporting and guiding team members to ensure smooth workflows for our customers.
You take an active role in projects, guide your peers, and eagerly tackle problems, always seeking ways to improve and grow.
You are a team player who respects and contributes to fostering a positive work environment while agilely handling challenges.
You are fluent in English; German is a nice-to-have.
