VisioLab’s product processes real-time transactions in the most demanding environments imaginable. Our infrastructure needs to be fast, resilient, and effortlessly scalable. We’re looking for a DevOps/Backend Engineer who can own the reliability and performance of our platform - and build the systems that let the rest of the team ship with confidence.

• Own and evolve our cloud infrastructure (GCP) for reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines that let engineers ship fast and safely

• Design and implement monitoring, alerting, and incident response workflows

• Develop backend services that handle high-throughput, real-time transaction processing

• Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize deployment, testing, and release processes

• Drive infrastructure-as-code practices and improve developer experience

• 4+ years in DevOps, SRE, or backend engineering

• Strong experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred), Kubernetes, and containerized environments

• Proficiency in Node.js

• Experience with CI/CD tools, infrastructure-as-code (Terraform), and monitoring stacks

• A reliability mindset: you think about failure modes, edge cases, and graceful degradation

• Comfort working in a fast-moving startup where you’ll build, not just maintain

• Fluent in English; German is a plus
