About our client

Our client is a state -recognized ballet school dedicated since 2012 to the excellent teaching of

classical ballet technique for students of all ages and levels. And offers courses that

promote a holistically trained body. Studios are located in the heart of Frankfurt, Bad Vilbel,

Bad Homburg, Kronberg, and Königstein im Taunus.

The ideal Candidate:

We are looking for experienced and passionate Ballet and Gymnastics Teachers. Our clients goal is to build a

community of dancers and sports enthusiasts who inspire and support each other as they discover

and deepen their passion for ballet.

The
ideal candidate has a qualification or training, a love of dancing and
is passionate about helping others enjoy and succeed at dancing. We're
looking for a teacher who can provide proper feedback to his or her
students and can motivate students to keep attending classes.

**Responsibilities:**

- Design and implement engaging ballet lessons tailored to each age group and skill level.

- Create a supportive and motivating environment that encourages artistic and personal growth.

- Communicate effectively with parents about their children's progress and development.

- Maintain a high standard of teaching that aligns with our school’s philosophy and values.

- Continuously develop and refine your own dance technique and teaching methods.

**Requirements:**

- Completed training at a ballet school or equivalent experience.

- Strong knowledge of classical ballet technique and contemporary dance styles.

- Excellent communication skills and a team -oriented mindset.

- Ability to inspire and motivate students of all ages and backgrounds.

- Fluent in English with a willingness to learn German.
