Banking / Financial Services Lawyer

Assisting with legal and regulatory advice to Firm Management and other stakeholders on legal entity management, commercial contracts and internal controls, and related prudential regulatory issues. Working closely with EMEA Regulatory Affairs lawyers to identify and assess new German and EU regulatory initiatives that are impactful to the business and operations in Germany and provide legal coverage in relation to relevant implementation projects, including on interpretation issues or interactions with regulators.
