You are a passionate host and you genuinely enjoy inspiring passengers and turning them into satisfied customers. As a Beauty Consultant, you not only represent Heinemann but also a diverse portfolio of brands in the field of beauty – authentically and with a true passion for sales.

In particular, you will

• provide expert advice to customers and actively lead sales conversations – by asking targeted questions, you identify the individual needs of our passengers and offer tailored recommendations based on your product knowledge


• create an inspiring customer experience on the sales floor – you proactively approach passengers, spark genuine interest in our products and services, and turn shopping into a memorable experience


• take responsibility for the sales process through to completion – you confidently guide customers to the checkout, integrate our loyalty program into your consultation, and remain friendly and professional even in challenging situations


• work independently with our industry partners – you maintain close collaboration, contribute valuable input for the sales floor, and ensure the confidential handling of internal company information


• ensure an appealing brand presentation in the retail environment – you independently implement merchandising guidelines in backwalls, gondolas, and promotional areas, creating an inviting sales space


• professionally resolve customer requests and complaints – you approach every concern with a solution-oriented mindset and ensure a positive and lasting customer experience

Preferred Profile

• Completed training in retail, the service sector, or comparable sales experience – most importantly, you enjoy direct customer interaction and have a strong sense for sales situations


• An open, proactive approach to customers – you enjoy engaging with people, intuitively recognize their needs, and create a welcoming atmosphere on the sales floor through your approach


• Strong communication skills – whether in sales conversations, with industry partners, or within the team: you strike the right tone and convince with clear, appreciative communication


• Enthusiasm for products and brands – knowledge of fragrances, cosmetics, and/or food & beverages is an advantage, but not a must; curiosity and a willingness to learn about our diverse product range are more important


• Team spirit and collaboration – you enjoy working as part of a team, support your colleagues, and actively contribute to a positive working environment in retail
  Very good German and English skills; additional languages are a welcome plus


• Flexibility in working hours, particularly to ensure presence on the shop floor during peak traffic and high-revenue days as well as relevant shifts
