Bereichstechniker Formation/Finish (m/w/d)

Hauptaufgaben:          

• Aufgabengebiet, das im Rahmen bestimmter Richtlinien erledigt wird bzw. hochwertigste Facharbeiten, die hohes Dispositionsvermögen und umfassende Verantwortung erfordern

Weitere Aufgaben / Pflichten:

• Organisation und Steuerung von Ressourcen, Prozessen, Parameter und aller logistischen Abläufe in der laufenden Produktion im Fertigungsbereich
• Umsetzung und Sicherstellung Erreichung der Produktionsvorgaben des Bereiches
• Analyse von Prozessfehlern und Erarbeitung von Korrekturmaßnahmen in Zusammenarbeit mit der Qualitätssicherung und der Technik
• Verschleißanalysen der Maschinen und Anlagen, Koordinierung der Maßnahmen mit der Instandhaltung, Vorbereitung und unterstützende Koordinationstätigkeiten für Wartungszeiträume sowie Erstellung regelmäßiger TPM/OEE-Auswertungen und Ableiten von Instandhaltungsschwerpunkten
• Koordinierung und Steuerung des Verbesserungswesens im Fertigungsbereich
• Projektarbeit im Rahmen von OEx zu Qualitäts-, Produktivitäts- und Schrottthemen
• Erstellen von Arbeitsplatzanalysen und Vorschlägen zur Gestaltung von Arbeitsplätzen in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen
• Vertretung des Fertigungsleiters Formation/Finish

Erforderliche Qualifikation:

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene 3-jährige Berufsausbildung und mindestens 2-jährige Fachausbildung (z.B. Industriemeister oder Techniker) bzw. abgeschlossene 3-jährige Hochschulausbildung (Bachelor)

Sonstige Anforderungen:       

• Vorhandene mehrjährige Fertigungserfahrung in der Industrie, gern auch erste Führungserfahrung
• Fachkenntnisse Bereich Fertigungstechnik
• Fundierte MS–Office Kenntnisse
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• Ausgeprägte analytische und systematische Arbeits- und Denkweise
• Sehr gute Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit

Vergütung:                                        Entgeltgruppe E8 gemäß ERA Metall-/Elektroindustrie Sachsen
