• Support in establishing processes for installing heat pumps

• Selection of tools and vehicles for the company

• Development of a training center for assisting workers

• Recruitment of “journeymen” / qualified craftsmen

Leading teams for the installation of heat pumps

• Assistance in preparing offers for installing heat pumps

• Planning of heat pumps

• Guiding “journeymen” / qualified craftsmen and assisting workers in installing heat pumps (on-site and digitally)

-SHK Master Certificate

-Experience in installing heat pumps with various manufacturers

-Class B Driver’s License

-Basic knowledge of the English and German language

-Willingness to rethink traditional craftsmanship
