About us

CYCLE is a European e-bike subscription company that keeps couriers and businesses moving with reliable bikes, fast maintenance, and a growing network of workshops across Germany.

To support our expanding operations in Lübeck, we’re looking for skilled Bike Mechanic (f/m/d) who want to work hands-on with modern e-bikes, deliver high-quality repairs, and help our customers stay productive on the road.

Join us on the journey to the future - move sustainably, efficiently & swiftly!

Your Mission

E-Bike Maintenance: You'll care for our e-bikes and ensure they're always in great condition. Regular checks will be part of your daily routine.
Troubleshooting and Repairs: With your trained eye, you'll quickly identify issues. You'll not only repair but also share your knowledge with colleagues.
Parts Management: You'll oversee our spare parts inventory and order necessary replacements. You'll be prepared for all situations.
Your Own Fleet: You'll take responsibility for a group of e-bikes - from initial inspection to the final bolt.
Mobile Service: Occasionally, you'll visit our partners to service e-bikes on-site.
Customer Contact: You'll actively listen to our customers and seek feedback about our service. Your goal: happy customers!

Your skills and qualifications

Experience: Previous experience with bicycles or e-bikes is great! Whether professional or as a hobby - the main thing is some basic knowledge. Experience in electronics, mechanics, or similar fields is a plus but not required.
Bicycle Enthusiast: You don't just enjoy riding bikes and e-bikes; you're also interested in how they work and how to repair them.
Language: Fluent in either English or German. Both are even better!
MOBILITY: A driving license is an absolute MUST!!!

What you can expect from us

Exciting Industry: You'll work in the dynamic world of mobility - a constantly evolving field.
Real Impact: Your work makes life easier and better for many bike couriers.
International Team: Work with motivated colleagues from around the world. We value teamwork.
Strong Network: You're never alone - our experienced mechanics are always there to support you.
Fair Conditions: We offer an attractive salary, modern equipment, and up to 30 days of paid vacation per year.
A €50 HRmony voucher per month, use it for options such as Urban Sports Club, IKEA, or Spotify to make everyday life a bit easier (and more fun).

Diversity

At CYCLE, we believe diversity makes us stronger! Regardless of who you are, where you come from, or what makes you unique - you're welcome here.
