• Customer Service at the Front Desk: You are the first point of contact for our customers. With your expertise, you provide competent advice on repairs, receive bicycles, and return them to customers.
• Communication with the Workshop Team: As the link between customers and the workshop, you ensure a smooth flow of information and explain technical details in an understandable way.
• E-Bike Diagnostics: With your trained eye, you quickly identify issues and can precisely communicate problems to the repair team.
• Support with Repairs: When needed, you assist in the workshop and support the team with repair and maintenance work.
• Parts Management: You keep track of our spare parts inventory and communicate ordering needs to the responsible colleagues.
• Customer Satisfaction: You have an open ear for our customers and actively ask if they are satisfied with our service. Your goal: happy customers!
