[BOP] Demand Planner (m/f/d)

What You’ll Do

• Prepare, analyze and maintain demand forecasts based on various aspects such as historical data, channel sell out & inventory trends and consensus of bottom up and  top down forecasts


• Monitor and manage channel inventory level and sell in / sell out by keeping stock level healthy


• Keep demand forecast fluctuation low and avoid shortage or overstock


• Prepare and facilitate S&OP meetings including data preparation, scenario simulation, alignment with Sales and SCM and the documentation of decisions


• Collaborate closely and work cross-functionally with Sales, SCM and Order Management teams in operational level


• Analyze forecast accuracy and continuously improve the quality


• Identify risks and opportunities in demand management and proactively come up with mitigation plans


• Prepare regular demand and inventory related reports for local and regional stakeholders

You Must Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Economics or a related field


• 3-5 years of professional experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain Management or related fields


• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel


• Strong communication skills to work with cross-functional stakeholders


• Fluent in English; Korean or German is an advantage
