To strengthen and consistently scale our brand presence, we are looking for a senior, hands -on Brand & Visual Design Expert who takes ownership of our visual identity across all digital and physical touchpoints.

Your mission

You ensure that Eleven Dynamics’ branding and CI are applied consistently, professionally, and at a high visual standard across everything we publish — from website and presentations to brochures, merchandise, and trade fair materials.

Your core responsibilities

• Own and evolve our visual brand identity (CI) across all channels
  

• Design, maintain, and visually optimize our website using WordPress
  

• Create high -quality designs using Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Illustrator & Photoshop)
  

• Design presentations, templates, and marketing assets using Canva
  

• Create brochures, print materials, and marketing collateral
  

• Design merchandise assets (e.g. clothing, mugs, pens, giveaways)
  

• Prepare print -ready files for trade fairs and exhibition booths
  

• Ensure visual consistency across digital, print, and physical brand touchpoints

• Visual consistency, quality control, and brand guardianship
  

Requirements

Your profile

• Senior / advanced experience in brand -focused visual design
  

• Strong hands -on skills with Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva
  

• Solid experience with WordPress
  

• Strong sense for branding, typography, layout, and visual systems
  

• Structured, detail -oriented, and quality -driven working style
  

• Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with Marketing and Management
  

• Fluent in German and English (both required)
  

Nice to have / bonus skills

• Basic web development understanding (HTML/CSS, structure, responsiveness)
  
  → not a developer role, but enough to implement and adapt designs efficiently
  

• Photography & image editing (Photoshop)
  

• Basic filming skills (camera handling only, no video editing required)
  

• Experience creating marketing visuals (e.g. social posts, campaign assets)
