We’re on the lookout for an ambitious designer to join our design team at our office in Berlin.
Join us in building the largest fintech for healthcare! You’d be joining our design team, responsible for creating everything, from user interfaces, UX flows, creating the brand, and much more.
Your focus would be on elevating the brand and supporting marketing tasks. This ranges from social media posts, to the website, to print media, and more. Next to the brand and marketing work, you have the opportunity to grow in the UI / UX space and create flows and screens together with our product teams.
You would be mostly collaborating with our design team lead and with our marketing team.

Joining us, you will
- Gather a lot of experience across multiple touch-points with a lot of freedom to explore
- Contribute to the creation of brand and marketing campaigns across multiple channels, helping to drive brand awareness and engagement
- Help develop and refine design systems that ensure consistency across digital and offline touchpoints
- Translate business and user insights into visually appealing and effective creative assets
- Maintain design standards to ensure brand expressions align with Nelly’s identity and marketing goals.
- Use tools like Figma to create design solutions that support efficient collaboration across teams
What you'll bring
- A passion for graphic design and brand design
- At least 2 years experience
- Profound knowledge in using Adobe CC (or similar)
- Basic / profound knowledge in using Figma
- Webflow experience is a plus
- Strong team-player mentality
- Proficiency in English, German knowledge is a plus
- A curious mind that can solve complex design problems by turning ideas into actual design solutions and experiences
