We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our Finance Team who will support us with our accounting tasks and work with us to shape the future.

You will support our Finance Team with your own areas of responsibility. In particular, we will place our accounting tasks in your hands:

• Managing day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and asset accounting
• Monitoring and reconciliation of accounts
• Preparation and processing of invoicing
• Recording of incoming and outgoing payments, including dunning
• Processing of payment transactions, including cash and travel expense accounting
• Recording and analysis of costs and services, including the preparation of cost reports
• Preparation of annual financial statements according to commercial and tax law
• Preparing reports and analyses for management
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
• Assist with process optimization and implementation of financial tools

Essential:

• Completed commercial training, e.g. as an accountant or comparable qualification
• Several years of work experience in accounting
• Very good knowledge of DATEV (handling and booking) and Excel
• Structured and meticulous way of working
• Independent and responsible work style
• Pleasure in helping to shape business processes
• Good written and spoken German and English

Desirable:

• Experience in an agency environment or a digital company
• Very good English skills
