Your tasks:
As a Business Analyst / Product Support with the focus on the Customer Portal & Digital Onboarding Platform, you support the continuous development and operation of our JIRA Customer Portal and Fenergo-based client onboarding landscape. You work closely with product owners, senior analysts, IT, legal and business stakeholders, contributing to requirement documentation, backlog preparation, testing and delivery activities within a clearly defined scope.
The role focuses on execution, analysis and coordination, operating within established frameworks, priorities and governance.


Product Ownership & Value Delivery:



  • Support product owners in maintaining and refining the product backlog
    for the JIRA Customer Portal and Fenergo (CLM / KYC / Client Onboarding)

  • Prepare, document, and structure requirements (epics, features, user stories) based on defined inputs and priorities.

  • Support sprint and release activities, including planning and documentation.

  • Review delivered increments against defined acceptance criteria.


Business Analysis & Requirements Engineering:



  • Collect, analyze and document functional and non-functional requirements under guidance.

  • Support modeling of client journeys, processes and data flows using existing standards and templates.

  • Assist with impact analysis across systems and stakeholders.

  • Prepare test cases and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).


Client Journey & Digital Enablement:



  • Support the optimization of client-facing and internal onboarding journeys by identifying improvement opportunities.

  • Contribute to initiatives aimed at reducing friction and improving transparency in onboarding processes.

  • Support communication and alignment between business, IT and vendors on operational topics.


 


Your skills:



  • First professional experience (approx. 1–3 years) as Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or in a similar role

  • Initial exposure to customer portals, onboarding solutions or workflow-based platforms (Fenergo is a plus)

  • Experience in agile delivery environments is an advantage

  • Structured analytical thinking and attention to detail

  • Ability to document requirements clearly and work with predefined frameworks

  • Good communication skills and collaborative working style

  • Very good English skills; German is an advantage
