Your role
As a Business Analyst (f/m/d), you will support our Strategy Director in an analytically and organisationally important position. You will provide data-driven evaluations, develop decision-making frameworks, and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and the top management. This makes you a central part of our day-to-day strategic business. If you thrive on solving complex problems and making real impact, this is your chance.

Your tasks

• Analysing and processing large amounts of data to derive recommendations for action
• Begin identifying strategic opportunities and challenges within our products and markets
• Creating meaningful reports, evaluations and presentations (primarily in Excel and PowerPoint)
• Preparing meetings and presentations for top management
• Structuring and prioritising topics based on internal requirements and corporate goals
• Supporting the organisation and coordination of strategic tasks
• Working closely with various internal teams and stakeholders

Your profile

• Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Analytics, or a similar subject; or Bachelor's degree in one of these subjects, plus relevant experience gained through professional roles or internships in consulting or other analytical environments
• Strong affinity for numbers and a structured, analytical mindset
• Confident use of Excel and PowerPoint – Power BI would be a plus
• Interest in strategic topics, digital business models and data-driven work
• Strong communication skills and a high level of self-motivation, with a desire to contribute to a dynamic environment
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills (C1+)
