Auslastung: 502 Stunden remote, 24 Stunden onsite

Project/Product team: You will be part of a product team responsible for all changes within an Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM) system, whether they are small enhancements or major features, as well as handling L3 incidents.

The key responsibilities of the team are:
• Incident Management: Handling L3 incidents and requests related to the systems they support.
• ETRM System: Managing all changes and updates to the ETRM system, including both small items and large features. The team oversees the implementation of various modules and functionalities within the system.

Tasks:
• Conduct detailed requirements analysis for existing software applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including traders, business managers, and IT teams, to gather and document business and functional requirements.
• Develop clear and concise business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and use cases.
• Work closely with the software development team to translate requirements into high -quality, scalable solutions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide recommendations.
• Development and implementation of testing strategies to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Facilitate communication and ensure alignment between business users and technical teams.
• Analyze production incidents, collaborate with developers and other teams (like L2 support) to fix issues, and ensure timely resolution. This includes investigating and diagnosing incidents to identify their root causes, and providing timely resolutions or workarounds.

Skills:
• Good analytical and problem -solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in business analysis methodologies and tools.
• Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM) experience. Experience with Allegro ETRM system is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using business analysis software and tools (e.g., Azure, JIRA, Confluence).
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high -quality work.
