Arbeitsbeschreibung - BUSINESS CLIENT SERVICES MANAGER (f/m/d)

You will be part of the Business Client Advisory Services Team, reporting directly to our Head of Business Client Advisory Services. As a Business Client Services Manager, you will be working in a global team, providing excellent client services to our 360T clients. You will be part of a fast moving and growing organisation, facing a vast variety of tasks. 360T is a place where pro-activity, ownership and accountability are key.
  • Provide excellent service for new and existing customers
  • Smoothly manage, solve, and complete all incoming requests from clients
  • Ensure a seamless onboarding for new clients onto our platform
  • Build and maintain relationships with key client contacts
  • Conduct client platform trainings (interactive and remote)
  • Maintain, document, analyze and improve existing workflows and processes  
  • Oversee various project stages (product development, process implementation, regulatory/compliance, complex client setups)
  • Participation in quality assurance by testing our full range of products and various new features on our platform
  • Close interaction and cooperation with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Legal, IT, etc.)
  • Good academic background within a related field, university degree or equivalent (e.g. ACI dealing certificate)
  • An Initial working experience in Client Services / Middle Office / Back Office of a Financial Institution or other FX- or Treasury company
  • Ability to explain technical terms and information about products to a variety of audiences, namely clients and internal teams
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
  • High level of insight and accuracy, as well as good organizational and communication skills
  • Enthusiastic about providing high quality service to our clients
  • High level of English and German skills, both verbal and written. Additional language skills are a benefit
