For our Marketing division, we are looking for a Business Development and Marketing Specialist in our Frankfurt office to strengthen our team as soon as possible:

Responsibilities:

• Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. Use these insights to inform marketing strategies and product positioning, considering mega trends, political factors, and regulations.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote petrochemical products across various channels, including digital platforms, trade shows, and industry publications.
• Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the company’s brand image through consistent messaging, visual identity, and marketing communications.
• Content Creation: Produce high-quality content tailored to the petrochemical industry, including brochures, case studies, white papers, and digital content for websites and social media.
• Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns that target key industries and customer segments, focusing on lead generation and conversion.

Experience Requirements / Competencies:

• A successfully completed Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Politics, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a comparable field
• A strong asset of professional experience in Marketing (Market Intelligence, Product Planning), Strategy, and Open Innovation in the aspect of Business Development
• Excellent user knowledge of MS Office programs (Excel, PPT, Word)
• Very good business fluency in English language
• Distinct teamwork skills and a confident, customer and service-oriented attitude
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working
