Your mission

Two well-established companies in the maritime market have joined forces to form Secureload. 
At Hoppe Marine, we’ve been setting global standards in maritime fluid control and vessel performance technology for over 75 years. As a proudly independent and family-owned company, we combine deep industry expertise with a commitment to innovation and precision engineering.
In collaboration with Admaren Tech (India), we’ve launched a groundbreaking company – SecureLoad. SecureLoad is the world’s first web-based loading computer and stowage planner, built to transform how vessels manage maritime operations. This next-generation solution brings together German reliability and Indian software excellence, enabling smarter, safer, and more efficient maritime operations.

As Business Development Manager – SecureLoad, you will lead our expansion efforts and drive revenue growth, with a strong focus on the European market. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and execute the SecureLoad sales strategy aligned
  • Engage with ship owners, operators and shipyards to showcase SecureLoad
  • Delivering impactful product demonstrations to highlight technical value and ROI
  • Coordinate with SecureLoad’s local sales team to drive joint go-to-market activities
  • Prepare compelling proposals, manage RFQs, lead technical-commercial negotiations
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets (pipeline, orders, revenue)
  • Provide market insights to refine sales tactics and product features
  • Represent SecureLoad at industry events and trade shows (e.g. Breakbulk Europe, local conferences)

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in maritime field
  • 7+ years of B2B sales experience in shipping, heavy-lift, offshore, or maritime IT solutions
  • Strong understanding of cargo planning and operations
  • Track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and leading cross-border collaborations
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English
  • Willingness to travel (up to 40%) to India, Europe, and key maritime regions
  • Self-driven, strategic thinker, relationship-oriented and deadline-focused
