As a BDR at Kaseya, you will:



  • Be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building pipeline through proactive outreach. You will engage prospective customers across phone, email, and social channels, creating momentum for our Account Executive teams.

  • Take ownership of outbound activity, identifying and engaging potential customers, qualifying interest, and uncovering commercial opportunities.

  • Book and manage high-quality meetings for Account Executives, ensuring strong handover and clear context to support successful sales conversations.

  • Develop and refine your messaging, learning how to position Kaseya’s solutions effectively in a competitive SaaS environment.

  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to align on target accounts, outreach strategies, and campaign execution.

  • Maintain accurate records of activity and pipeline within CRM systems, ensuring visibility and alignment across the team.

  • Build a strong understanding of our products, customers, and market positioning, laying the foundation for progression into a closing role.


This role offers:



  • A high-energy, performance-driven environment where you will develop core outbound sales skills and gain exposure to the full sales cycle.

  • Clear progression opportunities into Account Executive or Account Management roles based on performance.

  • Ongoing training and development to support your growth in both sales capability and product knowledge.


Requirements:



  • 1+ Years experience in a sales, customer-facing or outbound role

  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce)

  • Fluent in German and English Languages


Desirable:



  • Confidence in engaging customers and initiating conversations

  • A proactive, driven mindset with a strong interest in sales

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment

  • Resilient, coachable and motivated by progression and earning potential
