Business Process Consultant OTC - SAP Process Management (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end global Order-to-Cash (OTC) process landscape, including process design, governance, and continuous improvement


• Partner with Business Excellence and IT to design and optimize OTC processes, with a strong focus on Customer Order Management and scalable business solutions


• Drive global process harmonization and ensure alignment across regions, stakeholders, and senior leadership


• Manage and prioritize the global OTC backlog while defining KPIs that support performance management and user adoption


• Build and empower a global key user network that fosters collaboration, knowledge sharing, and capability development


• Enable successful global rollouts by supporting fit-gap analyses, testing, training, and end-user support activities

Your Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a comparable qualification  


• Several years of relevant experience in SAP-based OTC / Customer Demand Management  


• Proven experience in designing and implementing OTC solutions in complex organizations, ideally in a consulting or similar environment  


• Strong hands-on experience with SAP ECC and S/4HANA, with a focus on Order-to-Cash processes  


• Good understanding of integrated SAP processes, data structures, and system landscapes  


• Expertise in e-invoicing, electronic billing, and digital compliance frameworks  


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable IT solutions  


• Strong communication skills; fluent in English (written and spoken), German required  


• Experience with agile delivery approaches, combined with a structured, proactive, and collaborative way of working
