Business Process Owner Order to Cash (m/f/d)

As our Business Process Owner – Order to Cash (m/f/d), you act as the central driver of our global O2C process landscape across order management, fulfillment and invoicing. You align requirements across sales, supply chain and IT, ensure integrated and scalable processes, and continuously develop the setup to support operational performance and business growth.

YOUR CONTRIBUTION

End-to-End Process Ownership

• Own and govern the global order-to-cash process across order capture, customer order management, order fulfillment and billing
• Act as the central contact point for process-related topics and drive alignment across regions

Process Design & Standardization

• Design and further develop scalable order processing and fulfillment processes, ensuring global consistency while balancing local requirements
• Strengthen integration across sales, supply chain, customer service and IT systems

Transformation & Digitalization

• Drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency and customer experience
• Support and coordinate transformation initiatives (e.g. SAP S/4HANA, SAP SD, automation, system integration)
• Contribute to the design of end-to-end process flows across order capture, fulfillment and billing systems
• Support global process changes through stakeholder communication, training and adoption across regions

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Sales, Supply Chain / Operations, IT and shared service or BPO partners
• Ensure alignment across operational and system landscapes supporting the O2C process

Compliance & Governance

• Ensure adherence to internal standards and regulatory requirements within the O2C process framework
