About the Position

Must-Have Skills

• Proven expertise in strategic management and business strategy development.
• Demonstrated experience in P&L responsibility and achieving financial targets.
• Strong abilities in business development and identifying new opportunities.
• Comprehensive experience in successful team leadership and development.
• In-depth market knowledge of public safety organizations (BOS).
• Solid understanding of the specifics and requirements of the public sector.
• Confident application of relevant German procurement law regulations.
• Successful track record in selling complex IT solutions, ideally within the BOS environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and building lasting relationships.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with agile project management methodologies (e.g., Scrum, SAFe)
• Knowledge of relevant IT security standards in the public sector (e.g., BSI IT-Grundschutz)
• Background in data analytics or AI technologies
• Proven track record in change management or digital transformation
