The consultant(s) will develop a practical, easy-to-use framework that supports both 1:1 and collective mentorship formats, including guidance, tools, and onboarding content. The methodology should help participants engage in meaningful exchanges, navigate power dynamics and safeguarding considerations, and capture and share key learnings in a simple, low-burden way. The final output will enable the Foundation to independently implement and scale the mentorship offer across future cycles. Proposals and CVs should be submitted separately, with the CVs and portfolios of all involved experts combined into a single PDF document. The proposal should be submitted in the field "Other".
