YOUR TASKS

Administration and support of the core services: Microsoft Exchange Online, Microsoft cloud services (Azure and Microsoft 365), including Entra ID, Intune, and Security, as well as Citrix VDI and Linux

2nd-level support and handling of incidents, service requests, problems, and changes

Collaboration with suppliers and service providers in the 3rd-level area

Worldwide support of 1st-level support

Management of technology upgrades, system changes and IT projects

Continuous development of the infrastructure under aspects of IT security and considering market developments

Ensuring backups of all required systems

Supporting business departments in the planning, selection, implementation, and operation of specialized applications

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

IT spciealist qualification (Fachinformatiker) with relevant professional experience

Solid experience in administering Microsoft 365 products (e.g. Intune, Teams, Exchange, Security), Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and PowerShell, as well as Citrix VDI and Linux
Ideally, Microsoft certifications with a focus on Azure and Microsoft 365

Strong analytical thinking and a structured, systematic, and careful working style

Willingness to participate in an on-call duty

Good written and spoken English skills

Willingness to travel internationally
