YOUR TASKS

Management of complex product development programs

New development of seating platforms from concept to approval by the authorities

Management of large interdisciplinary project teams

First point of contact for all project questions

Cooperation with international airlines, Boeing and Airbus

Ensuring that the project goals are achieved on schedule, on budget and in line with quality and stakeholder expectations

Creation of project plans including the definition of milestones and responsibilities as well as the delegation and control of work packages

Continuous monitoring of project progress and timely initiation of solution measures

Ensuring the flow of information within the international team, with airlines, aircraft manufacturers and licensing authorities

Active stakeholder management

Implementation of risk management

Regular project reporting to the steering committee (including management)

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Completed technical studies (aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or comparable degree), ideally with a specialization in project management

At least 3 years of professional experience in the project management (aviation industry or comparable)

In-depth project management knowledge and several years of professional experience

Several years of experience in product development

Business fluency in spoken and written English

Good communication skills

Very good organizational and coordination skills

Confident handling of MS-Project, Jira, MS-Office, MS-Teams

IPMA or PMP certification desirable
