YOUR TASKS

Creation, processing, and dispatch of purchase orders in SAP

Creation of supplier records and maintenance of master data in IT systems such as SAP and ARIBA

Collection of quotations and execution of smaller quotation comparisons

Follow-up on order confirmations

Preparation of invoices for suppliers

Archiving of documents

Administrative handling of smaller contracts, e.g. non-disclosure agreements, using the contract management tool b.right

Support for buyers with administrative tasks such as mail distribution, transport requests, access data, mailings, and reports

Support for purchasing controlling through KPI maintenance

Assistance in the preparation of documents, e.g. supplier contracts

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Completed commercial apprenticeship

Initial experience in a purchasing environment is an advantage

Very good English skills

Proficiency in SAP and MS Office
