Examine and evaluate complex, cross-functional business processes with the goal of improving efficiency, profitability, quality, functionality, and eliminating waste.

Propose new improvement projects after internal analysis.

Execute, manage and supervise complex, cross-divisional or cross-site projects.

Advise project participants on the implementation of developed measures and guide them with the help of problem-solving techniques, if necessary implement measures yourself.

Support the further development of the cross-site Lean strategy and Lean culture.

Analyze and further develop existing lean principles, processes and methods.

Support cross-site coordination of implementation of best practice solutions based on Lean principles and Lean methods.

Create, translate and optimize training concepts and related training materials. Conduct cross-site training or coaching.

Technician or degree in business administration, (industrial) engineering or a comparable qualification

At least five years of professional experience with cross-departmental know-how in the lean environment

User and methodological knowledge in lean management, preferably in lean engineering and lean development

Experience in the operational implementation of change projects

Knowledge in the creation of standard-compliant documentation is desirable

Experience in working with process management and quality management is desirable

Very good written and spoken English skills are required

International experience and willingness to travel are required
