YOUR TASKS

Independent supervision of development projects in the field of aircraft seat development with regard to strength while adhering to the time and budget specifications.

Creation of FE models in Ansys Workbench for static simulation

Evaluation as well as documentation of your calculation results and presentation internally within the framework of project team meetings

Development of improvement measures for weight reduction as well as for compliance with the various aviation law requirements

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Completed studies in the fields of mechanical/civil engineering, aerospace engineering or comparable.

Relevant professional experience in this field as well as knowledge in the use of Ansys Workbench

In-depth knowledge of FEM and engineering mechanics

Basic knowledge of the design of aeronautical components

Ansys Classic, as well as knowledge of nCode and Matlab are also desirable

Good written and spoken English

Analytical thinking and high ability to work in a team
