YOUR TASKS
- Monitor and further develop the supplier portfolio with regard to quality, on-time delivery, compliance, and contractual conformity
- Analyze, document, and report supplier non-conformities, including root-cause analysis and the monitoring of corrective and preventive actions
- Derive, implement, and optimize supplier requirements based on legal, customer-specific, and regulatory requirements
- Plan, conduct, and follow up on supplier audits, as well as support external audits and inspections by authorities
- Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and customer-specific standards throughout the supply chain, and monitor supplier compliance
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on supplier selection, risk assessment, process optimization, and cost-reduction initiatives

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Completed degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field (e.g., industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or supply chain management), or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in supplier management, quality management, strategic procurement, or a comparable field
- Experience in regulated industries, ideally aerospace; alternatively, pharmaceuticals or medical technology
- Good knowledge of quality methods and tools, as well as aviation-specific standards and regulations
- Analytical, structured, and independent working style, combined with confidence, strong communication skills, and assertiveness
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Willingness to travel internationally
