Arbeitsbeschreibung - Caretaker (m/f/d)

  • Recording of fault reports from tenants and forwarding to property management
  • Documentation, control for compliance with house rules

  • Supervision and coordination of contractors
  • Initiation of initial measures in the event of damage
  • Keeping the rubbish stands and green areas clean

    • Your qualifications:

  • Completed vocational training in a technical profession is an advantage
  • Willingness to work with IT technology
  • Class B driving licence
