Offering a range of high-quality smartphones, tablets, laptops, and wearables to suit every budget, our client’s portfolio of innovative, premium and reliable products enable people to become the better version of themselves.Responsibilities: You are responsible for sales, business development, and relationship management for Germany Operator partner You develop and implement promotional plans to deliver against sales KPIs (revenue & volume) You obtain trust and foster deep relationships with key decision makers to increase brand consideration You manage day-to-day customer engagement, resolve challenges, and ensure business continuity You regularly report on sales progress and account development including key actions to drive sales You acquire a systematic understanding of partners’ ongoing requirements to drive ‘win-wins’ You ensure stock control, accurate sales forecasting, and align intake plans You plan, track, and control account investment and budgets You support the planning and direction of all account marketing initiatives You become the expert for the company’s products, services, and propositions and effectively communicate them to partners/key customers You coordinate the quarterly product ranging process and commercial negotiations You create detailed account plans; sales forecasting, account activities, competitor monitoring, achievement vs. targets, account dynamics You own cross-functional relationships; sales, commercial, supply chain, marketing, GTM, and portfolio (internal/external) Experience Requirements: You have 5+ years’ work experience in Telecoms, Consumer Electronics, or FMCG industries You are results driven with a proven track record in sales You possess excellent communication, organization, presentation, and facilitation skills You have CRM experience, with a track record in building strong relationships You have the ability to see the broader picture, identify, own, and resolve challenges You have professional knowledge of Microsoft Office (strong Excel, Word, and PPT skills are a must) Strong preference for candidates with experience in developing/executing key accounts within Telecoms or Consumer Electronics sector and with industry knowledge What we offer: A friendly and collaborative work environment Engaging and challenging international projects Supportive and open-minded management with a dedicated team Opportunities for personal growth and career development in a company with great potential
