Chemical Plant Ops. Supervisor

As a Chemical Plant Operations Supervisor here at Solstice, you will oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our chemical manufacturing facility. • Lead and oversee all aspects of the chemical plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality control, and safety


• Develop and execute strategies to optimize plant performance, improve efficiency, and drive operational excellence


• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and procedures


• Provide strategic direction and guidance to a team of operators and technicians, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement


• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive innovation, implement best practices, and resolve complex operational challenges

• Proven experience of 2+ years in managing chemical plant operations.


• Strong knowledge of process safety, environmental regulations, and quality management systems.

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.


• Experience in driving continuous improvement initiatives.


• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
