Arbeitsbeschreibung - Chief Information Security Officer & Product Regulatory Compliance Officer (m/w/d)

Job Description:

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten:

Operative Führung des ISMS - Einrichtung, Betrieb, Verbesserung sowie Zertifizierung
Entwicklung und Implementierung der Informationssicherheitsstrategie in Übereinstimmung mit den Geschäftszielen, regulatorischen Anforderungen und der gegebenen Risikotoleranz
Leitende Instanz für alle Themen rund um Cybersicherheit und Datenschutz sowie Beratung der Geschäftsführung zu neuen Trends, Technologien und Bedrohungsszenarien
Etablierung und Pflege eines strukturierten IT-Compliance- und Governance-Rahmens (z. B. ISO 27001, NIST, DSGVO) sowie Durchführung regelmäßiger Sensibilisierungsmaßnahmen der Mitarbeiter bezüglich Informationssicherheitsthemen
Identifikation und Bewertung von Informationssicherheitsrisiken, einschließlich der Festlegung von Maßnahmen zur Risikoreduzierung
Sicherstellung der Product Compliance sowie Überwachung neuer und bestehender Gesetze, Normen und Richtlinien und Begleitung von Zertifizierungsprozessen (z.B. CE-Kennzeichnung, TÜV)

Qualifikationen:

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbar
Berufserfahrung in der Informationssicherheit inkl. relevante Zertifizierungen
Erfahrung als CISO von Vorteil
Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
