We are looking for a full-time Chief of Staff as a Business Partner to the executive team directly sparring with our CEO and Co-founder Henric Meinhardt. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of high-impact work across the organization. Your responsibilities will include challenging the company strategy and implementing high stake initiatives across G&A and GTM yourself.

As a hybrid company, we value in-person collaboration and expect employees to work from our Munich office 4 days a week.

What you will be building 🏗️

• Develop a comprehensive financial strategy aligned with the company’s short-, mid-, and long-term vision. This includes identifying areas of strength and opportunities for further growth, ensuring cash management, and helping raise additional capital as needed

• Lead financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and developing materials to communicate performance to the board and other leadership

• Partner with others to ensure the company can capture the data for performance measurement, identify unique trends, and mitigate risks

• Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors and venture capital firms

• Prepare board presentations and financial reports

• Implement robust internal controls and compliance procedures.

• Initially oversee all accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll

• Initially ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. This is likely done in collaboration with an external accounting firm

• Initially manage tax compliance and planning

• Initially manage our external lawyers

What you need to succeed ✨:

• 6+ years of operator experience in at least 3 different organisations

• Experience across Finance, Legal, Sales and Customer Success

• Creating the Budget and OKRs and holding all departments accountable

• previous experience in FP&A

Nice to have:

• Experience working at start-up or high-growth companies

• Professional German language skills

• Experience reporting to Venture Capital and or Investors

• Data collection programming experience in Python or SQL.
