Chief of Staff

About the Role

As Chief of Staff, you will work closely with the founders of an AI procurement software company to drive its highest-priority initiatives. You will own execution across go-to-market operations, internal systems, and cross-functional strategy, helping the team turn ambitious plans into measurable progress.

What You'll Do

• Advance the company's most important priorities and help founders focus on the work with the greatest impact.

• Own go-to-market execution and sales operations by building repeatable systems, playbooks, and automation.

• Develop the operational backbone, including reporting, tools, vendor management, and internal processes.

• Identify AI tools, run experiments, and integrate effective approaches into work across company functions.

• Lead strategic projects from research and planning through delivery, including market analysis, positioning, pricing, and partnerships.

• Communicate key decisions and keep cross-functional initiatives aligned and moving forward.

What We're Looking For

• At least 2 years of experience in a high-performance environment, such as consulting, venture investing, a high-growth startup, or founding a company.

• Hands-on daily experience with AI tools and a strong understanding of their practical capabilities.

• Fluency in both German and English.

• Experience building or improving operational systems and supporting go-to-market execution is relevant to the role.
