Arbeitsbeschreibung - Chief of Staff (m/f/d)

You act as a sparring partner for the CEO, CFO and senior managers on strategic and operational topics.
You conduct in-depth research and distill complex information into concise C-Level reports to facilitate decision-making and expedite the processing of key topics.
You manage and oversee strategic projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and timely execution.
You coordinate the preparation and follow-up of board and stakeholder meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are compiled, accurate, and distributed in a timely manner.
You ensure to follow up on actions after the meetings.
You support the executive team in prioritizing and managing the flow of information, resolving issues, and ensuring timely involvement in key decisions and projects.
You develop and implement processes to enhance the efficiency of the company’s global team, identifying and addressing operational and structural weaknesses.

You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree preferred.
You possess a minimum of two years of professional experience with a leading management consultancy (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, or Bain).
You bring experience navigating strategic matters within international and dynamic environments.
You demonstrated a proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with precision and attention to detail.
You exhibit proficiency in English, with additional language skills are an asset.
You display exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
You are highly self-motivated and capable of independently managing your responsibilities.
You possess strong organizational skills and expertise in managing complex logistics.
You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to influence and build relationships at all organizational levels.
Your open, communicative and competent demeanor positions you as a respected internal expert.
